EFS offers turn-key design build structural framing solutions, primarily for three to ten story buildings that desire cost effective and fast track construction.

EFS is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, and is conveniently located off the I-95 corridor between Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC, very close to BWI Airport and Amtrak rail. In addition to its corporate headquarters, EFS maintains a wall fabrication plant located in nearby Curtis Bay, Maryland.
