EFS Structures, Inc. maintains a staff of full-time degreed engineers as well as a qualified engineering support staff to compliment design efforts. Our staff utilizes the latest in engineering design tools to be well in tune with the architect's coordinated documents.

Our in-house equipment includes the most advanced plotting and reproduction equipment and software available in order to further expedite documents needed for timely construction. Our engineering and design services include:

• Structural engineering services including a professional engineering staff licensed in the following states: Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts
• Value engineering
• Shop drawing detailing of all structural components
• Cross-trade shop card coordination

In addition, EFS provides contractor quality control for all structural components.
