EFS Structures, Inc. maintains its own in-house fabrication plant. Our facility constructs light-gage steel structural stud load-bearing walls and shear wall panels. The plant becomes the catalyst to every project EFS builds. By fabricating the wall and load bearing system while the foundation is under construction, EFS is able to reduce overall project schedules. Additionally, the plant minimizes the impact of weather and difficult site conditions by utilizing inside fabrication, further ensuring a top quality project. As a result EFS's clients enjoy the reduced project costs and expedited construction timelines associated with prefabrication. In addition, our facility is in close proximity to BWI airport and Amtrak rail to allow for quick delivery to project sites.
